Rugby Dream Team Competition

The idea is simple!

Irish rugby has produced many great  players over the last 30 years. The Irish Times Rugby correspondent Gerry Thornley has  selected his dream team 1981 – 2011.  Your challenge is  to match his team.

To enter you must select your 15 players plus coach from the list of players provided – one for each position, and submit your entry form along with the entry fee of only €10.

The dream team will be announced on June 24th 2011 at Carton House Hotel at our Gala Ball in aid of the Children’s Sunshine Home.

Prizes

1st prize

Tickets to the 2012  France v Ireland game in Paris.  Prize includes tickets,  flights and accommodation for 2 people.  Tickets for two to the Sunshine Ball including overnight stay in local hotel. The winning entry will have their prize presented to them by Willie John McBride. This prize is worth €1500!!

2nd prize

Tickets to the 2012 Ireland v Wales game in Dublin. Prize includes tickets for 2 people and accommodation in Killiney Castle. This prize is valued at €500

3rd prize

Tickets to the 2012 Ireland v Scotland game in Dublin. Prize includes tickets for 2 people and accommodation in Killiney Castle. This prize is valued at €500

4th prize
